Presidential Elections and Asian Carp

Do we know the positions of the presidential candidates on the Asian Carp?  It certainly, like other subjects, has a peculiar odor about it.

I had a self proclaimed environmentalist in my face over another matter.  True to form, this person was very supportive of the President's environmental policies.  He is very sensitive to environmental issues.

Wrong.  For far too long, Obama has sat on his hands while the Asian Carp advances on the Great Lakes.  Perhaps, his friends and supporters in the Illinois Barge and Shipping industry have convinced him that the Asian Carp is no problem and he can afford to ignore the question.  Perhaps, if Obama does something decisive--fat chance--the Chicago River cash spigot will be turned off and he'll have to go back to being a Harvard Professor.

If I had to sum up Obama's Great Lakes Policy, it would be in four words (4) (an allowance for Biden):  Asian Carp  and Wind Turbines.

Okay, we have seen where Obama's priorities are, where's Romney?  Has anyone ever asked these guys about this potentially devastating development or are we still talking about women's body parts?
